The Ingresso Prático, Legal Person, with tax identification number 001186403LA032, is a technological platform for event organizers, facilitating the sale of tickets, registration and online accreditation.

The following Terms of Use are based on the principles of Ingresso Prático and represent the terms of service that govern our relationship with Users, whether they are event organizers or buyers or other people who interact with Ingresso Prático through the website, of all companies. its pages and subdomains, and authorized points of sale. By using or accessing the services of Ingresso Prático you agree with this statement, which may be updated eventually.

Buyer: term used to designate people who purchase tickets, paid or free and credentials, for events created by the organizers themselves.

Organizer: term used to designate individuals (natural or legal) who create their own events through the Ingresso Prático platform and disclose them to the buyer.

User: term used to designate both the buyer and the organizer.


Organizer

  1. These terms regulate the services offered on the Ingresso Prático platform, which consist of: (i) providing a technological solution so that organizers can create, and publicize their own events; (ii) making viable the ticket sales operations registered by Organizers; (iii) hosting the events created by the organizers.
  2. The events created and disseminated through the Ingresso Prático platform are the sole responsibility of the organizers themselves, who are solely responsible for establishing the conditions for the sale, holding and cancellation of the events. Ingresso Prático is not the creator, organizer or owner of the events hosted on its platform, however it will be able to monitor the events created, in order for them to comply with its legal policies.
  3. The Organizer exempts the Ingresso Prático from any civil or moral or material liability, including lost profits and emerging damages, arising from acts related to the production and holding of events. The organizer is aware, from now on, that if there is a judicial conviction against the Ingresso Prático, it will be able to immediately collect the amount that is required to pay, without the need to file a return action. If there is no friendly composition and Ingresso Prático is obliged to bear losses resulting from situations arising from legal proceedings, Ingresso Prático will file a return lawsuit against the organizer, and the latter will be obliged to bear the legal fees, costs and contractual fees of lawyer in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) on the value of the case.
  4. The Ingresso Prático platform and its functionalities are presented to the organizers as they are available, being able to undergo constant improvements and updates, obliging the Ingresso Prático to: preserve the functionalities of the Ingresso Prático platform, with non-broken links, using layouts that respect and privilege usability and navigability; Display the functionalities in a clear, complete, precise and sufficient way, so that it allows the exact perception of the operations carried out.
  5. Ingresso Prático makes its efforts towards the continuous and permanent availability of the platform. However, there may be, eventually, some temporary unavailability due to necessary maintenance or even generated by reason of force majeure, such as natural disasters, failures or collapses in the central systems of communication and access to the internet, or facts of third parties that are beyond your sphere surveillance and accountability.
  6. In case of unavailability, Ingresso Prático will do everything in its power to restore, as soon as possible, access to the platform, within the technical limitations of its own services and those of third parties.
  7. The Organizer exempts the Practical Admission from any damage in the event of interruptions, partial or total, of its services, resulting from a temporary lack of electricity, a breakdown in the services of the concessionaires, failures in the services offered by the telephone networks and others providers, including hosting providers, strikes, riots or any other facts that are not directly linked to the service. Ingresso Prático will also not be responsible for any damage caused by reason of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, as well as fact of a third party.
  8. Any necessary maintenance procedures for the Ingresso Prático platform will be informed, whenever possible, in due time and through the official communication channels of Ingresso Prático.
  9. The registration of the event on the Ingresso Prático platform is free, however, the services offered will be charged according to what is established by Ingresso Prático in its terms and conditions.
  10. When registering the event, the organizer undertakes to use the Ingresso Prático platform in an ethical manner and appropriate to the purposes established in these terms, committing himself to abstain from any activity that constitutes a violation of the said rules.
  11. The organizers must provide accurate and truthful information, undertaking to update their personal data and identification data of the natural or legal person responsible for the event, before the Ingresso Prático and third parties, whenever necessary or when required.
  12. If we have reasons that indicate that any information registered is not true, we will have the right to suspend or close the event, as well as to refuse to provide any of our services.
  13. Ingresso Prático is not responsible for the veracity or assertiveness of the data entered in the register, and the creation of false events on the Ingresso Prático platform may be considered a crime of false identity, ideological falsehood or fraud.
  14. If Ingresso Prático verifies the existence of suspicious activity, or a transaction that presents a considerable risk of fraud, it may, at any time and at its sole discretion, confirm the identity and personal data of the organizer, thus being able to request documents personal or other forms of proof, by telephone, e-mail or other suitable means.
  15. Any error or delay in the process of sending or confirming the identity of the organizer that causes loss or damage of any nature will be the responsibility of the organizer.
  16. Without prejudice to other measures, Ingresso Prático may warn, moderate, suspend or cancel the registration of the organizer, as well as the associated events, refusing to provide the services if the user fails to comply with any provision in these terms and conditions or any other Ingresso Prático policy; perform fraudulent or willful acts; give cause to any type of damage or loss to a third party or to the Ingresso Prático itself, when using the platform.
  17. The organizers will access your account through a personal and non-transferable login and password, however, the organizers undertake not to inform third parties of such data, being fully responsible for the use made of them, committing themselves to notify the Ticket Practical, immediately, about any unauthorized uses of your account or any other security breaches. Ingresso Prático will not be responsible for any losses and damages resulting from unauthorized access or use of the account.
  18. Only the account holder at Ingresso Prático can access sales reports. Any changes to registered data can only be made by the organizer, duly logged in. As a rule, Ingresso Prático does not make this type of change, regardless of the alleged reason or circumstance.
  19. It is the organizer's responsibility to accurately communicate information such as: location, date, time, values, attractions, services offered, contact, cancellation policy, age restriction and any other information that is relevant to buyers, or for validating the event.
  20. The organizer must publish only one event that has the right and the capacity to fulfill, and the organizer assumes that the events or content published have all their procedures completed with attractions, location, sponsors, suppliers, public agencies and any another interested party, in terms of its legal obligations, and who is capable and will deliver everything exactly as announced, under penalty of misleading advertising. In addition, the organizer confirms that it has full rights to the event or published content and that it is not infringing a third party's property right.
  21. The organizer authorizes Ingresso Prático to contact and request, from the venue, suppliers or other interested parties, information and documentation that it deems necessary to verify the legitimacy of the event.
  22. The organizer cannot create two accounts or register the event twice in separate accounts, under penalty of criminally and civilly responding to crimes of fraud, ideological falsehood and other illicit acts typified in Angolan legislation.
  23. The organizer cannot publish events or any content that is illegal, racist, prejudiced, homophobic, threatening, terrorist, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, inciting expressions of hatred or invasive to the privacy of others.
  24. The organizer must have full responsibility for the links and redirects posted in the description of the public page of the event. Ingresso Prático has no responsibility for them and cannot attest to their veracity or reliability.
  25. The organizer must constantly access his e-mail due to the receipt of communications and notifications from Ingresso Prático, and no excuse is acceptable if he has not had access to any e-mail or electronic message due to the mentioned resources. < / li>
  26. The organizer must correctly register, in the "Payment data" tab, the data for the transfer of the amounts collected from ticket sales. The transfer of the amount is made within two weeks after the end of the event.
  27. The organizer must use the Ingresso Prático only for the sale of tickets for events hosted on the platform, and the sale of products or services of another nature, or even events hosted on other sites and platforms, is prohibited. Ingresso Prático makes its platforms available for the sole purpose of operationalizing ticket sales and consulting sales by the organizer.
  28. In all cases, Ingresso Prático, at its sole discretion, may refuse to provide any services, regardless of motivation, without this being a limitation of rights.
  29. The Organizer is responsible for publicizing its own event, providing any type of information related to it, whether on the event page, or by any other traditional means. Ingresso Prático also publicizes the event, but only on its internal platforms (SMS marketing and Newsletter).
  30. The sale of tickets for events usually starts on the event page created by the organizer. The buyer will choose the desired tickets, as well as the account loading method, considering the options available, and then finalize the order.
  31. After confirmation of payment approval, made by a financial intermediary, Ingresso Prático will collect the corresponding amount, deduct the service fee and pass on the remaining amount, according to the chosen receipt model.
  32. All transactions carried out through Ingresso Prático go through internal and automated risk analysis processes that are complemented by our payment processors.
  33. If Ingresso Prático suspects or identifies any inconsistency in payment, the purchase may be submitted to a new verification process at any time. The buyer will be notified by email, at the same address associated with the purchase, if the order is suspended and / or canceled by Ingresso Prático.
  34. Specifically in cases of purchases with evidence of fraud, Ingresso Prático's Risk Analysis sector may ask the buyer for the scanned copy of the documents. In this case, contact will be made through our official channels or authorized collaborators, who will identify themselves at the beginning of the service.
  35. The deadline for sending such documentation will be established by Ingresso Prático, according to the date and time when the event will take place, so that, if the document is sent by the buyer, Ingresso Prático will analyze it and give a return via the same email used for the purchase.
  36. If the documents are not sent by the buyer within the specified period, Ingresso Prático will be responsible for canceling / suspending, or not, the transaction, at its sole discretion. Ingresso Prático will also be able to ask the buyer to present, at the event's entrance, a photo ID for validation and access control purposes. In any case, if the buyer does not send the required information, Ingresso Prático will be able to cancel the transaction without this fact generating any expectation of right or indemnity of any kind.
  37. The Organizer must ensure that there is no fraud in purchases and assist the Ingresso Prático, whenever requested, in the investigation of any suspected fraud in the sale of tickets.
  38. As soon as the payment is approved, registrations, tickets or credentials purchased through the Ingresso Prático platform will be sent to the email indicated by the buyer. It is also up to you to leave your anti-spam systems, filters or similar, so that they do not interfere with the receipt of Ingresso Prático's communications and materials, and no excuse is acceptable if you have not had access to any e-mail or electronic message in virtue of the mentioned resources, which will not generate any kind of expectation of right or indemnity to the buyer.
  39. In addition to the delivery method described above, registration, tickets or credentials can also be accessed in the authenticated (logged in) area of ​​the website at any time. They can be accessed in the “My orders” area of ​​the Ingresso Prático website.
  40. The tickets purchased by the buyer guarantee their participation in the respective event, according to the conditions established by the organization. The organizer must respect this premise, ensuring Participants' entry to the event whenever a valid ticket is presented, either in printed form or through the Ingresso Prático account.
  41. It is the responsibility of the organizer to communicate to its potential buyers its own cancellation policy, which must be compatible with the maximum refund period allowed by Ingresso Prático.
  42. The organizer undertakes to immediately inform the Ingresso Prático, in case of event cancellation, attraction cancellation, date change, location change or any other change related to the event.
  43. It is the organizer's obligation to pay all buyers refund if the event, for whatever reason, does not occur, or even when it is not delivered as advertised. Likewise, Ingresso Prático is guaranteed the right to refund any amount that is compelled to pay to buyers due to an action, claim or administrative proceeding, whether judicial or extrajudicial.
  44. If we identify that an event was held in a different way from the one announced, Ingresso Prático reserves the right to refund any buyer who so requests, being aware of the collection of the refund rate (3.5%), or provisionally suspend the amount of the transfer until the situation is regularized between all the parties involved in the transaction, that is, Ingresso Prático, organizer and buyer.
  45. Ingresso Prático reserves the right to deduct the amounts from the sales transfer to the organizer or make subsequent collections to the organizer, and may also retain the transfer amounts from the sales of other events created by the same organizer, in case it identifies any irregularity.
  46. It is the responsibility of Ingresso Prático and our payment processors, to take the necessary precautions to minimize potential fraud in purchases made for any events and, thus, minimize the occurrence of disputes.
  47. The Organizer, from now on, is aware that other events on the platform can generate a greater or lesser number of interactions, taking into account the approach and the type of disclosure of the event used by the organizer for the sale.
  48. Ingresso Prático will conduct disputes opened by buyers, such as disputes, various complaints, cancellations and chargebacks. Thus, it will initiate and process cancellations without the need for intervention or approval by the organizer, in the event of: non-compliance with the event's refund policy and / or the Consumer Protection Code, by the organizer; cancellation of the event; high number of complaints regarding the event.
  49. The organizer will indicate your bank details to receive the sales values ​​made before such sales started, and you can receive them up to 2 weeks after the end of the event. In addition, the service fee charged by Ingresso Prático will be deducted from the transfer of the sales amount.
  50. Ingresso Prático clarifies that the transfer takes into account the date on which the event will actually take place, and not the date registered on the platform. If the date indicated for the event on the Ingresso Prático platform does not correspond to the actual date of the event, the transfer may be postponed until the 3rd week after the date on which the event is, in fact, completed.
  51. If we identify a problem regarding the behavior of the organizer on the platform or in relation to the published event, Ingresso Prático reserves the right to completely ban the organizer from using the platform and any Ingresso Prático services.
  52. If the organizer does not take the necessary measures to reimburse buyers, Ingresso Prático reserves the right to do so, without the need for express authorization or prior notice.
  53. If Ingresso Prático needs to make any purchase refunds, after the organizer's receipt of amounts, such refunds will be charged thereafter, and may even cause the retention of sales amounts from other events created by the same organizer.
  54. The organizer will be charged a service fee for using the Ingresso Prático platform, calculated based on sales, whether online or at points of sale. The fee charged is 10% (ten percent) on the ticket value, with the organizer having the option of passing it on directly to the buyer. And the Buyer will be charged 14% (fourteen percent) of the value added tax (VAT) required by law.
  55. The commercial use of the expression "Ingresso Prático" as a brand, business name or domain name, as well as the contents of the screens related to Ingresso Prático services, as well as the programs, "look and feel" of the websites, databases data, networks, files that allow the user to access and use their account, are the property of Ingresso Prático and are protected by international laws and treaties on copyright, trademarks, patents, models and industrial designs. The misuse and the total or partial reproduction of said contents are prohibited, except with the prior and express written authorization of Ingresso Prático.
  56. Other sites may maintain links to our site, which does not mean that these sites are owned or operated by Ingresso Prático, which has no control over third party sites, which is why it will not be responsible for their content, practices and services offered. The presence of links to other sites does not imply a partnership, supervision, complicity or solidarity relationship between Ingresso Prático and these sites and their content.
  57. The organizer assumes full responsibility for all losses, direct and indirect, including indemnities, lost profits, attorney fees and other judicial and extrajudicial charges that Ingresso Prático is required to incur due to an event.
  58. If Ingresso Prático receives any complaints or questions from third parties, due to a brand, theme, event, misleading advertising, it may remove or suspend the event and apply the applicable sanctions, in accordance with its “Intellectual Property Policy”.
  59. Organizers and buyers are not allowed to perform or permit reverse engineering, nor to translate, decompile, copy, modify, reproduce, rent, sublicense, publish, disclose, transmit, loan, distribute or otherwise dispose of the tools consultation of the platform and its functionalities.
  60. In the Ingresso Prático platform, it is prohibited to use spider or data mining applications, of any type or species, in addition to another one that is not typified, but that acts in an automated way, both to carry out massified operations and for any other operations. purposes.

It is expressly established that Ingresso Prático is under no obligation to control all actions taken by buyers when using the platform and, therefore, Ingresso Prático cannot be held responsible for the acts of its users, including those of an illegal, immoral character or unethical, perhaps perpetrated, they are responsible for responding personally and exclusively for any third party complaints or legal demands, and must keep the Ingresso Prático free of any responsibility or burden.
  64. Ingresso Prático is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by third party events, such as hacker attacks, system, server or internet connection failures, including actions by malicious programs such as viruses, horses Trojan, and others that may, in some way, damage the equipment or the users' connection due to access, use or navigation on the Ingresso Prático platform, unless such fact arises from intent or fault of Ingresso Prático.
  65. Negotiations made in person by Ingresso Prático with buyers or organizers, in person or remotely, prevail over these terms and conditions, remaining as a subsidiary source of interpretation and filling in gaps.
  66. Ingresso Prático is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by sending information or advertising content that has not been triggered by Ingresso Prático itself and is also not responsible for the content of the opinions posted on the events page.
  67. When navigating the Ingresso Prático platform and using its functionalities, users accept all the terms and conditions and other legal policies that are in force on the access date. Therefore, it is recommended that users keep up to date.
  68. Our services are aimed at people over 18 (eighteen) years of age, with a valid personal document and e-mail address, or even for minors and incapacitated persons, as long as they are duly authorized or assisted by their legal guardians or representatives.
  69. These terms and conditions are subject to constant improvement and improvement. Thus, Ingresso Prático reserves the right to modify them at any time, according to the purpose of the Ingresso Prático platform, just as for the adequacy and legal compliance of a provision of law or rule that has equivalent legal force, and users are responsible for verifying them. whenever accessing the Ingresso Prático platform.

  1. Ingresso Prático is not responsible for tickets purchased outside its platform or at unauthorized points of sale, is not responsible and does not certify the veracity or reliability of tickets purchased from third parties, other sites or any unauthorized point of sale, the buyer being aware that by making such an acquisition he is at risk of falling victim to a fraud or counterfeiting scheme.
  3. Ingresso Prático strives for the continuous and permanent availability of its platform. However, there may be, eventually, some temporary unavailability due to necessary maintenance or even generated by reason of force majeure, such as natural disasters, failures or collapses in the central systems of communication and access to the Internet or, facts of third parties that are beyond your sphere surveillance and accountability.

  10. If Ingresso Prático checks for suspicious activity, it can, at any time and at its sole discretion, confirm the identity and personal data of the user, thus being able to request personal documents or other forms of proof.
  11. Any error or delay in the process of sending or confirming the user's identity that causes loss or damage of any nature will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  12. Without prejudice to other measures, Ingresso Prático may warn, suspend or cancel the registration of users, as well as associated events, refusing to provide the services described in these terms, if the buyer fails to comply with any provision of these terms or any other Ingresso Prático policy; Practice fraudulent or intentional acts; Give cause to any type of damage or loss to a third party or to the Ingresso Prático itself, when using the platform.
  13. The buyer accesses his account through a personal and non-transferable login and password. Ingresso Prático will not be responsible for any losses and damages resulting from unauthorized access or use of the account.
  14. Only the account holder at Ingresso Prático will be able to access the data related to it, in view of their personal character. Any changes to registered data can only be made by the buyer himself. Ingresso Prático does not have the prerogative to make this type of change, regardless of the alleged reason or circumstance.
  15. The buyer undertakes to use the Ingresso Prático platform in an ethical manner and appropriate to the purposes set out in these terms and conditions, in compliance with the provisions of the Angolan Law, committing himself to abstain from any activity that constitutes a violation of said rules.
  16. The buyer must enter the correct, complete and updated data when purchasing (for free or for free) the tickets or credentials. Otherwise, the purchase may be invalidated and the Consumer, if he wishes, will have to make a new purchase, subject to the conditions and availability of tickets, registrations, or credentials in that second moment.
  17. The buyer must provide all information and documents that are requested through the official channels of Ingresso Prático, in case any validation of the purchase by Ingresso Prático or our payment processors is necessary.
  18. The buyer must present, whenever required, an identity document with the photo of the ticket holder or credential, at the event's entrance, if purchased on the Ingresso Prático platform, under penalty of having the right to access the event. denied, without this fact generating the right to indemnity of any kind.
  19. The buyer must promote the security of the ticket or credential from the moment he receives it, not publicly disclosing it, especially on social networks, or allowing third parties to access it.
  20. The buyer must exempt the Ingresso Prático from any responsibility for the realization of the events for which tickets or credentials were purchased. Ingresso Prático is not an event organizer. We only provide the platform for organizers to sell their tickets and manage their sales.
  21. Ingresso Prático at its sole discretion, may also refuse to provide any service to the buyer, regardless of the motivation, without this being a limitation of rights.
  22. Tickets or credentials purchased through the Ingresso Prático platform will be available on the platform as soon as the payment is approved. Approved payments in real time enable tickets or credentials to also be downloaded on the purchase confirmation screen.
  23. It is up to the buyer to leave his anti-spam systems, filters or the like, so that they do not interfere with the receipt of Ingresso Prático's communications and materials, and no excuse is acceptable if he has not had access to any e-mail or message. by virtue of the aforementioned resources, which will not generate any kind of expectation of right or indemnity.
  24. Registration, tickets, credentials, can also be accessed in the authenticated (logged in) area of ​​the website at any time. They can be accessed in the “My orders” area of ​​the Ingresso Prático website.
  25. Tickets or credentials are associated with a unique numeric code, represented in figures, “QR Code” (exclusively in PDF format). After receipt, it will be up to the buyer to keep them safe, not publicly disclosing them, especially on social networks, or allowing third parties to access them.
  26. Products purchased through the Ingresso Prático platform are nominal, and event organizers decide to validate and control access to this information at the event site. Failure to validate this information will not generate any expectation of right or indemnity.
  27. Tickets or credentials purchased on the Ingresso Prático platform can be used to access the event only once. Buyer access to the event will not be released if the ticket or credential has already been checked in previously, except at the sole discretion of the event organizer.
  28. The buyer will choose the type of ticket or credential desired, as well as the method of loading, considering the options available, and then finalize the order.
  29. After confirmation of payment, which can be made through a financial intermediary and in real time, Ingresso Prático will collect the corresponding amount, deduct the service fee and pass the remaining amount on to the event organizer, according to the payment model. chosen receipt. All transactions carried out through Ingresso Prático go through internal, automated risk analysis processes that can be complemented by our payment processors.
  30. If Ingresso Prático identifies any inconsistency in the payment procedure, the purchase may be submitted to a new verification process at any time. The buyer will be notified by email, at the same address associated with the purchase, if the order is suspended or canceled by Ingresso Prático.
  31. Every buyer can request a refund if the event is canceled due to catastrophe, flood, or any other natural or force majeure problem. The refund request is made within 10 (ten days) of the request.
